Operation Hyperion- Pt. NineChapter Twenty-SixOperation Hyperion- Pt. Nine by RedOctoberRising
The Tiger watched as the Lion and the Eagle walked in. After fifteen years in uniform and ten years in prison, he had come to hate these men from the Red Army. He had never trusted the Reds anyway, but this distrust had grown into loathing.
"Relax." the Lion said, with a glance at the Tiger's wary face. "I'm from America." he held out his hand. The Tiger reached out to shake it, but he drew back when he realized that the arm he had offered was the one that was dead from the elbow down after having been shot and not treated years ago.

"Reason for transfer?" the Uniform asks.
"Reconsideration of the case." I reply. I'm not sure what that means, but it sounds important.
The Eagle and another guard lead me down a corridor and into a new cell that looks not much different from the one I just left. A sick feeling hits me, feat that the Eagle may have made a serious mistake.
