I run an occasional game for my nephew and neices called "Space: 1889". The game actually predates the steampunk genre, yet it's the founding example with stories and characters out of Verne, Wells, etc.
So say I, and that is all that matters. MY journal! LMAO
Ohh.. I will have to look into that! Thank you! The title alone makes it worth looking into.
Ummm.. Do you think it came in a book version?
And the game VERY much encourages the female with a brain characters, including "Adventuress" (Women only), theif, spy and aristocratic characters (My neice is a scientist-inventor with a prediliction for explosives...) Additionally, there are real-life and fictional historical examples of actual notable women from the late 1800's, which started my researches into the history of real female adventurers and explorers of the period.
I knew you were a special man.
